MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Summary

Monitor project progress and coordinate with teams to resolve engineering issues, ensuring timely document submission and successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily progress of project activities and prepare weekly status reports to track assignment outcomes
• Ensure timely submission of all project documents for client review and approval to maintain project compliance
• Coordinate with project personnel, procurement, and operations teams to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
• Provide comprehensive support to management to facilitate project success and decision-making
• Evaluate, organize, and prioritize workload to adhere to project schedules and optimize resource allocation
• Identify and resolve engineering issues on-site by collaborating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions
• Prepare and report documentation for additional work requirements to support project scope adjustments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for project design and documentation
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to engineering projects to support problem-solving and project execution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines
