Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components using CAD/CAM software to meet project specifications in oil & gas or marine manufacturing
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation to validate design integrity and optimize performance
• Apply materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics principles to solve engineering challenges and improve product reliability
• Interpret and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASME, API, ISO, ABS, and DNV in all engineering deliverables
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate technical information and resolve design issues
• Analyze manufacturing processes and provide engineering solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in oil & gas or marine manufacturing environments
