Job Summary
You will lead efforts to resolve production-related challenges and optimize manufacturing processes, driving improvements in assembly efficiency and accuracy. You will manage technical documentation and support production line activities to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve production-related issues to enhance assembly efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documents for assembly, testing, cleaning, and packaging processes
- Manage manufacturing workflows using flow charts (m-flow chart) to streamline production processes
- Oversee and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and availability of components
- Maintain and document engineering changes and their implementation to support continuous improvement
- Manage, maintain, and service production equipment, tools, and consumables to ensure operational readiness
- Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and support corrective actions
- Support production line activities including equipment assembly, testing, cleaning, and packaging to maintain quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical, electronic, mechanical, assembly, or testing applications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software to support design and documentation tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook for reporting and communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and documentation efficiently
- Positive learning attitude and responsible team player mindset
