Job Description & Skills:
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in Mechanical domain.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes, including proper fastening, wiring and component integration to ensure instrument are assembled correctly and meet stringent quality control standards, minimizing defects or malfunctions.
- Comfortable following detailed test procedures and work instructions
- Identifies obvious failures, setup issues, or equipment malfunctions.
- Performs basic diagnostics and knows when to escalate issues to engineers.
- System KnowledgeFundamental knowledge of instrumentation theory, electrical system and various field instruments (Flow, temperature, pressure sensors)
- Communication & Teamwork Effective written and oral communication skills to collaborate with engineers, supervisors and other project team members, able to report issues clearly.
- Safety Consciousness - Strong commitment to follow safety protocols, guidelines, and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools, mechanical & electronics tools for assembly, wiring, and testing.
- Drawing & Schematic Reading
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, assembly procedures for understanding assembly requirements & specification
