Design and development of Mass spectrometer, Capillary Electrophoresis, Liquid chromatography Instruments and other Biomolecular devices.
Instrument build, test and troubleshooting.
Compile test data, work with cross functional team on workflow and resolve the problem.
Ad hoc lab supports on material handling and Engineering build trials.
Requirements
Should have experience in design and development of Mass spectrometer and Capillary electrophorosis.
Should have experience in working with vacuum systems, pumps and Ion optics, Optical and Pneumatic subsystems.
Should have experience in working with actuators and motion control electromechanical subsystems.
Should have experience in working with Product development management tools like Enovia or 3DExperience to handle BOM, Change request and Change orders and Proficient in 3D CAD tools like CATIA V5 and Solidworks/AutoCAD, Tol stack up, thermal and load analysis .
Should have experience in building Physical instrument, troubleshooting and report preparation.
