Planning / Scheduling and coordination of Mechanical / Environmental works
Review and align Mechanical / Environmental design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks
Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements
Conduct joint inspections with RTO
Ensure Mechanical / Environmental works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation
Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues
Manage Mechanical / Environmental sub-contractor's work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval
Coordinate Mechanical / Environmental works with Client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
Attend project meetings liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on Mechanical / Environmental issues and challenge
Assist Tender Team on any Tender Bidding when required
As and when required, the engineer shall also assist the SO for the preparation of presentation materials
Role Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board or qualifications accepted by Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer.
3 years of hands-on experience in related industry, experience in Mechanical Services installation supervision.
Experience in Environmental testing and commissioning
Possess good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and Authority submission process.
Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks
