Responsible for leading, guiding, and executing all statutory and non-statutory mechanical maintenance of HRSGs and Balance of Plant equipment for all CCP. Respond to unplanned machinery breakdowns to achieve high reliability, availability, and efficiency while ensuring full compliance with WSH, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Your role:
- Lead and monitor teams to carry out daily maintenance and periodical overhaul of HRSGs and auxiliaries to meet Company target for reliable and efficient plant operations.
- Responsible for guiding, executing, and managing all statutory and non-statutory mechanical maintenance of Balance of Plant equipment (Tank farms & entire cooling water system, chemical plants, instrument and service air compressors) of all CCP and respond to unplanned machinery breakdown to achieve high reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements, including MOM guidelines on Pressure Vessels (Air Receivers) and boiler license issuance/extensions.
- Conduct engineering risk assessments and process hazard evaluations; maintain asset registers and Safety Critical Devices (SCD)/Equipment Important for Safety (EIS) registry.
- Optimise resources, workflow, and minimise waste to achieve Senoko Maintenance Performance Indicators (PM plan attainment, work order backlog, CM to PM ratio, etc.).
- Prepare and review plant outage/overhaul programmes, set timelines, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage procurement of spares and services (OEM vs non-OEM strategies), certify goods receipt and work completion, and facilitate payments.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring annual OPEX, CAPEX, and MTP budgets; manage HRSG/BOP contracts (e.g., Safety Valve tests, Insulation Contracts).
- Ensure high quality of maintenance work and compliance with Senoko Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO45001, ISO27001).
- Provide technical leadership and on-the-job training to the maintenance team; develop OJT competency frameworks.
- Enforce WSH rules, safe work procedures, PTW control, and ensure safe working environment for employees and contractors.
- Manage contractors competence, performance, and compliance with company rules, WSH, and regulations.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, equipment maintenance records, and OEM/test reports in compliance with IMS documentation control procedures.
Your profile:
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Experience:
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with local Statutory requirements governing Pressure Vessels / Pipe / Tanks Management
- Familiarity with ASME and API codes governing HRSG / Pressure Vessels / Pipe / Tanks
- Relevant safety qualifications (i.e., Confined Space Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, Working at Height Supervisor, etc.)
