Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will design ACMV and plumbing systems for commercial buildings, prepare technical drawings, conduct site inspections, and coordinate with other engineering disciplines. Experience with Revit and Greenmark certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design ACMV systems for commercial buildings to meet project specifications and regulatory standards
• Develop plumbing system designs ensuring functionality and compliance with building codes
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation to support project execution
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to design requirements
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical systems within overall building design
• Utilize Revit software to create and modify building services models (preferred skill)
• Apply knowledge of Greenmark certification standards to enhance building sustainability (preferred skill)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using Revit software for building services design
• Familiarity with Greenmark certification processes and requirements
