Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies in existing mechanical processes and recommend improvements.
• Design, analyze, and test prototypes, ensuring each revision meets performance and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with technical and software teams to develop integrated end-to-end automation solutions.
• Lead the mechanical/robotics design and prototyping process from concept to implementation.
• Document designs, test results, and engineering changes in accordance with project and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality, and safety standards.

Desirable Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Strong background in mechanical design and engineering principles.
• Basic coding ability in C++ and Python to support integration with automation and robotics systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical or robotics design (fresh graduates with strong project experience will also be considered).
• Hands-on experience in prototyping, testing, and process optimization preferred.
