Mechanical Engineer (Debug/ Installation/ East/ AWS+VB)

Job Description

. Assemble, debug, and install machine stations as part of project requirements.

. Perform pre alignment of stations with guidance from the Manufacturing Manager.

. Operate machines during the debugging phase under supervision.

. Follow prioritization guidance from the Project Manager.

. Deliver technical training to customers, covering mechanical hardware, pneumatics, change over procedures, critical setup/alignment, and preventive maintenance.

. Support installation and commissioning activities at customer sites.

. Prepare manufacturing documents required for project deliverables.

. Ensure all pallet and critical station tasks are completed within budget and timeline.

. Collaborate with fellow Project Engineers to streamline processes and resolve technical challenges.

. Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

. Diploma/ ITE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

. Minimum 1 year of experience hands on in automation or machine-building environments.

. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and assembly skills.

. Familiar with mechanical engineering practices experience with SolidWorks/ Inventor is an advantage.

. Ability to travel when necessary.
