MECHANICAL ENGINEER (construction)

Duties & Responsibilities

. Review Contract Documents

. Make MTO, BOQ

. Study drawings, specifications

. Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim

. Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors

. Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant

. Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation

. Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.

. Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.

. Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

. Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

. Required Skill(s): Accountability, Take ownership of task, Strong mindset, Communication skill
