Job Description
We are seeking fresh or experience Engineer to handle complex projects, mainly in the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), in accordance with company procedures, including the continuous improvement of productivity, customer satisfaction, schedule, delivery and safety performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Engaging in Mechanical Engineering of ACMV Systems
- Managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Maintaining accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications, and project reports
- Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project
- Assist in site administration
- Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders
Job Requirements
- Min. 2 years of related working experience in ACMV works
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
- Good project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
