Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily metal manufacturing and fabrication activities
  • Review engineering drawings and ensure production meets specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate with production staff on work arrangements and manpower planning
  • Monitor machinery and equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Improve production processes, efficiency, and productivity
  • Coordinate with suppliers on materials, equipment, and tools
  • Conduct quality checks on manufactured products
  • Prepare production and technical reports
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and with production teams
