Attend regular project, site progress, and coordination meetings with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor, coordinate, and supervise M&E site installation works to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Plan, schedule, and forecast weekly and monthly installation activities
Identify potential site issues and risks, and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures
Conduct site inspections to ensure installation works meet required quality standards
Coordinate with site personnel on work arrangements, manpower planning, and daily site activities
Ensure M&E design and installation works meet clients requirements and project specifications
Liaise with suppliers and prepare Material & Equipment Requisition Forms (MERF) to obtain approval and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Prepare and submit method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawings for approval
Prepare and submit project progress reports and progress claims
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the M&E, construction, or related industry
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with various project stakeholders
Willing to work on construction sites and manage site activities as required
