Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update BOM, routing, and master data to ensure accuracy.
- Document and track project progress, managing both technical and administrative records.
- Translate engineering drawings from German to English and upload to local systems.
- Collaborate with assembly process engineers to create SOPs and required documentation.
- Convert customer requirements into practical design specifications and detailed designs.
- Develop conceptual and final design drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions for prototyping and production.
- Review and update engineering data packs and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Conduct tolerance analyses and GD&T stack-up analyses to ensure manufacturability.
- Prepare documentation for design, product safety (DFMEA), and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, AS9100D).
- Supply technical information to support sales, marketing, and customer communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
- Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD and document control practices.
- Min 2 years of experience.
- Experience in BOM, routing, and master data management for product development projects.
- Experience developing conceptual designs, generating detailed drawings, and preparing BOMs for prototypes.
