Assist in the planning and supervision of the M&E facilities and specialized systems
Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations (i.e. conducting regular audits of M&E and systems)
Assist in managing and supervising the M&E projects, improvement works and repair & replacement (R&R) works
Carry out inspections, quality control, and supervision of FMC technicians and sub-contractors when directed by the Authority
Ensure that the drawings and manuals are progressively updated should there be any changes and alteration works carried out in the system or building
Deal with incidents, complaints, breakdowns and repairs. Be fully competent in providing engineering and technical assessment in trouble-shooting, identifying the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to be executed by the subcontractors and other service providers
Provide 24-hour emergency support by functioning as the initial first response to an emergency situation and be familiar and trained in the appropriate process and procedures
Be experienced in handling ACMV issues
Be familiar as users of the functionality of the BMS system's alarm management module and maintenance module
Prepare and justify for variation of works
Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements and
Any other work necessary for effective operations of the Site or as directed by the Authority.
Requirements:
The M&E Engineer shall possess a degree in Engineering from a recognized tertiary establishment and 3 years of relevant work experience or diploma in Engineering from a recognized establishment with 5 years of relevant work experience.
