Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator
Construction Industry | Site Base | 5.5 days only
- Work Location: Varies Construction Sites within Mainland Singapore
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $4800 + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Work closely with the Project Manager to manage M&E aspects of project planning, execution, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Coordinate and deploy M&E resources effectively to support smooth project delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure technical requirements and project milestones are achieved.
- Identify, document, and escalate issues related to M&E systems, equipment, and processes, contributing to operational improvements.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management in line with project needs and professional expertise.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Recognized by relevant authorities)
- Minimum 4 year of experiences in construction industry with site coordination exposure
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes and M&E systems
- Experience with Auto Revit MEP is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
