Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Job Description:

• Attend site meetings with consultants.

• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors.

• To resolve any technical or site issues.

• Prepare and submit M&E construction schedule and structural penetration for approval.

• To arrange for M&E trade demonstrations for consultant's approval.

• To arrange the inspection and resolve the site problems.

• Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims.

• To ensure work as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standard.

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.

• Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical or site problems relating to M&E works.

• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably have HDB project experience.
