Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

. Attend site meetings with consultants.

. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors.

. To resolve any technical or site issues.

. Prepare and submit M&E construction schedule and structural penetration for approval.

. To arrange for M&E trade demonstrations for consultant's approval.

. To arrange the inspection and resolve the site problems.

. Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims.

. To ensure work as per HDB Specifications & code of practice standard.

. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.

. Report to Project Director or Project Manager on any technical or site problems relating to M&E works.

. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

.Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
