Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or building services
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and construction processes
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills particularly in M&E works

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate on-site mechanical and electrical engineering activities
• Monitor project progress, coordinate site operations, and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain accurate project status reports and documentation regarding M&E works
• Coordinate and review structural details and design interfaces to prevent clashes and ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and mechanical and electrical workflow
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements
• Support project planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budget
