Liaise and work closely with the consultant, clients and subcontractors on the progress of M&E work to meet the project schedule.
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications
Prepare correspondence reports, suggesting corrective actions or value added recommendations according to best practice when applicable,
Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claim to the clients and from the subcontracts.
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection background.
Min 3 years working experienced and equipped with knowledge in M&E Services (Especially Machanical, ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of BIM or AutoCAD added Advantage
Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
