Job Summary
You will lead the maintenance and repair of swimming pools, spas, and water features across multiple sites, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and support business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on swimming pools, spas, and water features to ensure optimal functionality across multiple sites
- Diagnose technical issues in pool filtration systems, pumps, and related equipment, and execute effective repair and troubleshooting actions on site
- Perform risk assessments prior to maintenance or repair work and implement appropriate safety control measures to protect personnel and assets
- Enforce workplace safety requirements and risk management procedures consistently during site operations
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities by collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Prepare detailed inspection and maintenance reports to inform management decisions and track operational performance
- Provide hands-on support and supervise site activities to ensure adherence to quality control standards and identify critical mechanical and electrical (M&E) issues
- Train and mentor new pool maintenance staff to build team capability and maintain service excellence
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction or M&E industry
- Class 2 or Class 3 driving license
- Willingness to travel island-wide and work outdoors
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting of swimming pool filtration systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Good knowledge of M&E systems and swimming pool filtration equipment
