Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator

Right Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to join our team. As a Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects in Singapore. This full-time position will involve coordinating and overseeing the mechanical and electrical aspects of our projects, working closely with our construction crews and subcontractors.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating and monitoring the work of mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards
2. Reviewing and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
3. Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies between the design and construction phases
4. Communicating effectively with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the mechanical and electrical work
6. Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team as needed
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

What we're looking for

1. A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator role in the construction industry
3. Excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
6. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
7. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
