Mechanical Drafter

Job Description:

• Ensure all structural drawings & specifications comply with project requirements..
• Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling, and documentation.
• Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM/Revit/AutoCAD.
• Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members.
• Prepare and submit drawings that comply with the Contract's guidelines.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet the project deadline.
• Space Management.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognised institutions
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Drafting experience in M&E services is a must.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage.
• Hardworking, willing to learn, and possessing a good work ethic.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Required language (English & Mandarin) to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking client.

• Saturday -8:30am to 12:00 pm
