Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems, modules, and conversion kits using 3D CAD tools, including assembly, testing, and buy-off activities.
- Execute detailed mechanical part design, tooling verification, and support product and process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain complete engineering documentation such as design drawings, DCN, SOPs, manuals, and pneumatic schematics.
- Lead or support evaluation, analysis, and reporting activities, with increasing independence based on seniority.
- Translate customer requirements into design specifications for senior roles, review designs, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical design capability, including material selection, metal/plastic fabrication, and proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of equipment design, testing integration, semiconductor processes, IR technology, or test socket/probe design is an advantage.
- Self-motivated team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills open to learning and customer support.
