In the role of
Mechanical BIM Modeler, we'll count on you to:
- Understand the M&E services design and prepare drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
- Understand and comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project
- Support project modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes
- Create 3D model content and ensuring model quality control
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines
- M&E Drawing production from 3D models
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
About You
- ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge on AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
- Conversant in international or local codes and regulations as well as authority submission procedures.
- Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit, Naviswork & Excel
- Good communication and interaction skill.

Required Qualifications
- Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
- Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential
- Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
