Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician where you will be integral in assembling and setting up advanced automated and robotic machines, contributing significantly to the field of industrial automation.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, align, and configure automated and robotic machines for industrial automation, specifically in PCBA and semiconductor applications. Read and interpret assembly instructions, including Autocad 2D and Solidworks 3D drawings, ensuring precision and efficiency in the assembly process. Utilize hand and power tools for the assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components, while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and quickly adapt to new technologies and assembly techniques.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Previous hands-on experience in machine assembly or background in precision machining is an advantage. Familiarity with industrial automation, PCBA, and semiconductor equipment is preferred. Experience using CAD/CAM software and manufacturing tools (SAP). Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and enhance technical abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of working effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
