Our client is a Global Data Center MNC.
Role is for 2 years contract (renewable)
To lead the planning, design, and construction of mission-critical data center facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure within high-availability environments. You will be responsible for delivering data center projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead end-to-end data center construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover.
- Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Manage internal teams, external vendors, contractors, engineers, and consultants.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, codes, and standards.
- Ensure all permitting, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and risk factors.
- Oversee quality control, health and safety, and change management processes.
- Manage financial tracking, budget adherence, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate commissioning and integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems.
- Ensure project documentation, closeout reports, and handover to operations are completed.
