We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our Technical Team. You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering Mechanical & Electrical works for residential /commercial projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth execution.

Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with M&E consultants on design, technical matters, and coordination issues
- Ensure all M&E and building services requirements are met in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and resolve interfacing issues between M&E services and building works
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including design consultants/engineers, client representatives, and statutory/authority agencies, to establish design deliverable requirements for submission
- Review design deliverables with consultants/engineers to ensure completeness and readiness for submission
- Attend to technical clarifications as required to resolve issues and develop method statements
- Support project management and site supervision activities
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants on engineering issues and drawing plans
- Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of M&E building services works for residential projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature, including A&A works within existing residential developments
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM, with a full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP requirements
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects will be an advantage
