Meat Specialist

Job Description

• Drive sales and profitability of the department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage management at store level
• Equipped with in-depth knowledge of meats mainly on product features, meat processing, visual management, service standards, and shrinkage management
• Supervise and mentor skilled cutters assigned to the respective counter(s)

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and understand product labels
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work 6 days/ week (including weekends & public holidays)
• Service-oriented and a team player
• Able to carry heavy load of 10KG and climb ladders for stock replenishment
