Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operation of the meat processing and packaging production line.
Ensure all processing procedures comply with food hygiene and safety standards (such as HACCP).
Manage and train production staff to improve work efficiency and product quality.
Monitor inventory and raw material usage, and assist in procurement and production coordination.
Record production data, report production problems and improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in meat processing or food production supervisory experience preferred.
Accept overtime and shift work
Familiar with food safety standards and factory operation procedures.
Able to lead a team and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
