We are a premium food service provider supplying high-quality meats to hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets across Singapore. We carry a diverse product range from house made and imported cold cuts and hams, to premium chilled beef and lamb from USA, Europe, Australia and Argentina.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Processing of raw and cooked meat including cutting, trimming, stuffing, weighing, marinating, cooking, processing and packing of lamb, pork, beef and poultry.
  • Ensuring a sanitary work environment
  • Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines and ISO regulations
  • Operate processing machinery such as grinder, chopper, slicer, meat saw and stuffer.
  • Complete daily and weekly tasks per production schedule, communication to leaders int he department to align priorities.
  • Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
  • Ensure product batches label are accurate.
  • Handle Meat Processing Equipment such as bowl cutters, stuffers, grinders and Slicing machine
  • Independent and motivated individual, who excels in working as a team
  • Able to manage own time and work according to schedule to complete on hand tasks
  • High attention to quality, details and specification of production
  • Expert in knife skills and accurate portion cutting
  • Work environment temperature between 12 to 15 degree Celsius
  • Able to carry loads and carton of up to 25kg
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
