Job Description & Requirements
We are a premium food service provider supplying high-quality meats to hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets across Singapore. We carry a diverse product range from house made and imported cold cuts and hams, to premium chilled beef and lamb from USA, Europe, Australia and Argentina.
- Responsibilities:
- Processing of raw and cooked meat including cutting, trimming, stuffing, weighing, marinating, cooking, processing and packing of lamb, pork, beef and poultry.
- Ensuring a sanitary work environment
- Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines and ISO regulations
- Operate processing machinery such as grinder, chopper, slicer, meat saw and stuffer.
- Complete daily and weekly tasks per production schedule, communication to leaders int he department to align priorities.
- Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
- Ensure product batches label are accurate.
- Handle Meat Processing Equipment such as bowl cutters, stuffers, grinders and Slicing machine
- Independent and motivated individual, who excels in working as a team
- Able to manage own time and work according to schedule to complete on hand tasks
- High attention to quality, details and specification of production
- Expert in knife skills and accurate portion cutting
- Work environment temperature between 12 to 15 degree Celsius
- Able to carry loads and carton of up to 25kg
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
