Location: Pioneer, Singapore
As a Lead Engineer within the Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technologies – Inspection organization, you will provide technical leadership in defining, communicating, and executing business goals, programs, and processes centered on advanced measurement and metrology technologies for the repair network. In this role, you will apply your expertise in metrology and inspection to solve complex technical problems, define and drive objectives for yourself and cross-functional teams, and contribute to both short-term execution goals and longer-term strategic business outcomes.
Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Identify, develop, industrialize, and scale metrology and dimensional inspection technologies across the global services network
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to define requirements for dimensional measurement technology development
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and resource requirements
- Lead or directly execute development efforts for dimensional measurement technologies
- Validate and verify performance of measurement systems and technologies against defined requirements
- Drive deployment and adoption of measurement technologies across repair shops and service facilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in an engineering role
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing industrial dimensional measurement equipment, processes, and fixtures
- Experience programming and operating coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) for industrial applications
- Working knowledge of optical-based dimensional measurement technologies
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (5–10%)
