Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Technical Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite and integration capabilities using Dell Boomi middleware. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Maximo Application Suite Implementation,Upgrade and Support (L1 & L2) and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consulting and supportfor IBM Maximo implementations and upgrades.
- Perform L1 & L2 application supportfor Maximo, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systemsusing Dell Boomi middleware.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform configuration, customization, and enhancementswithin Maximo applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and support guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IBM Maximo technical consulting and support.
- Good Command on Maximo Implementations/Upgrades
- Strong knowledge of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi middleware for system integrations.
- Proven experience in Maximo application support (L1 & L2).
- Ability to manage multiple projectsand deliver within deadlines.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, and Maximo customization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Maximo upgrades and cloud deployments.
- Worked in implementation/upgrade/Support projects for Ports and Power Utilities is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processesfor incident and change management.
- Cloud Knowledge is added advantage.
