- Creating personalised lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to each student's needs
- Providing consistent feedback and progress reports to both students and their parents
- Working closely with fellow educators to exchange best practices and adopt new teaching approaches
- Taking part in training sessions and professional development programmes to continually improve your teaching skills
Requirements:
- A degree in any field
- At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, ideally in a tuition centre or school environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple students and schedules
