Mathematics Teacher (IB)

Teaching Duties:

• Teach up to 30 periods per week.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with school and IB curricular goals.
• Use data to differentiate instruction and meet students diverse needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, professional learning culture.
• Stay current through continuous professional development.

Non-Teaching Duties:

• Comply with all assessment and examination requirements.
• Attend meetings, training, and events outside regular school hours.
• Supervise students during breaks and unstructured times.
• Lead or coach a co-curricular activity (CCA).
• Cover classes as needed and manage teaching resources.
• Fulfill homeroom and committee responsibilities if assigned.
• Support school improvement initiatives.
• Promote collaboration and mentor new staff.
• Share resources and support curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and curriculum planning skills.
• IB experience or training preferred.
