Mathematics Teacher

Job Requirements:

• University degree with at least honours degree in the relevant subject area
• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience prior experience with international curricula is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of the GCE O-Level/SEC Math syllabus.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Passion for education with a high sense of responsibility and patience.
• Ability to inspire students interest in learning and create a strong affinity with the students.
• High level of professional integrity and good work ethic

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and development of lesson resources and materials
• Develop and deliver math materialstailored to different grade levels based on the syllabus and learning objectives.
• Effectively manage and motivate students to their full potential.
• Create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and weaknesses.
• Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments and evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Provide opportunities for students to get help and ask questions, such as reasonable office hours or availability for support.
• Participate and perform other duties as assigned by the organization.
