Mathematics Teacher / Academic Lead

MyWay Education is a fast-growing boutique education centre specialising in international curricula including IB, IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics.

We focus on small class teaching, personalised learning and strong academic outcomes, helping students from top international schools reach their full potential.

As our centre continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and capable educator to join us.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics to students from international schools (IB / IGCSE / A-Level)

• Conduct small group classes and 1-to-1 lessons

• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets and assessments

• Track student progress and provide feedback to parents

• Support curriculum development and teaching quality

• Contribute to the growth and development of the Mathematics programme

For experienced candidates, there may also be opportunities to:

Lead the Mathematics department

Mentor junior teachers

Participate in academic planning and centre development

Ideal Candidate

• Strong academic background in Mathematics or related field

• Experience teaching IB / IGCSE / A-Level Mathematics

• Teaching experience in MOE schools, international schools or established tuition centres preferred

• Passionate about teaching and able to connect well with students

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently

• Able to teach higher level mathematics (IB HL / A-Level) is a strong advantage

Working Hours

• Weekday afternoons to evenings

  Weekends (daytime classes)
