Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored lessons aligned with the centre's customized learning plans for Primary Level students to enhance understanding and performance
- Monitor and track each student's academic progress to identify learning needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate clearly and constructively with parents about student progress and recommend effective learning solutions
- Review and contribute to improving lesson materials and centre programmes to maintain high teaching standards
- Support general centre operations and perform other relevant duties to ensure smooth centre functioning
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in relevant fields preferred
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience advantageous
- Demonstrate passion for teaching and student development
- Exhibit open-mindedness, adaptability, and patience in teaching approach
- Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and a positive can-do attitude
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Other Information
Working Hours:
- Wednesday to Friday, 1.30pm to 9.30pm, and Sat & Sun, 9.30am to 6.30pm
