Job Summary
Join Wondrous Mind as a Teacher for Primary Math, Lower Secondary Science and Upper Secondary Pure/Combined Chemistry, delivering impactful lessons that unlock student potential in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons that align with the centre's curriculum to facilitate student understanding and mastery of concepts
- Monitor and track student progress systematically to identify learning needs and inform instructional adjustments
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous academic and personal development
- Plan lessons strategically and contribute to curriculum development to enhance educational effectiveness and relevance
- Review and refine teaching programmes regularly to drive continuous improvement and student success
- Perform additional duties that support the centre's mission of ensuring no child is left behind
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Demonstrate passion for teaching and commitment to student success
- Exhibit openness to learning and adaptability in teaching methods
- Show patience and genuine care for children's development
- Maintain a responsible and proactive attitude toward teaching duties
- No prior teaching experience required eagerness to learn and teach is highly valued
Working Hours:
- Current schedule involves full-time hours structured over 3 weekdays and both weekends (ending by 5 pm) or 5 weekdays and 1 weekend
- Future goal to transition to a 4 weekdays and 1 weekend schedule to enhance work-life balance
