Job Description

Responsible for the academic development ensure quality of teaching and teaching staff properly adopt the curriculum framework
Customize curriculum, assessment to develop new and innovative educational programme and teaching methodology
Conduct reviews and evaluate curriculum make recommendations for improvement
Conduct workforce planning and identify manpower capability needs
To create a high performance energy learning atmosphere at the center by leading motivate teaching team
Collaborate with training team to participate in classroom observation and provide coaching to teaching team to enhance teaching standards
Collaborate with Admin team on schedule of the staff, provide resources for classes and covering for staff absences

Requirements

Degree or Master Degree in Science / Math or relevant educational fields
5 years of leadership experience and prior experience in 5 years of teaching fields
Supervisory experience required
Good understanding of educational sector
Ability to inspire and motivate your team
Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on weekends
