Summary
Seeking a Production & Materials Specialist to assist in handling production planning and material management business, ensuring smooth company operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for production management and cross-sites production allocation coordination and collaborate with sales & operation teams to resolve production/delivery issues.
- Materials management, inventory control to support operation needs.
- Order entry, shipping management, workflow optimization, documentation, logistics support.
- Any other assignment from supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Logistics & Operations Management or a related field.
- 2 years above of work experience in the electronics-related products industry (including components/materials).
- Negotiation skills and cost control awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
