1. Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
2. Maintain optimal stock levels and reorder materials when required.
3. Coordination with Suppliers
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Follow up on purchase orders and resolve delivery issues.
4. Production Coordination
Coordinate with the production or operations team to align material availability with the production plan.
Adjust material plans when production schedules change.
a) Ordering
- Check material avaibility and place order based on the demand on MAF.
B) Planning
- Plan a schedule to make sure the material is available before the MO release.
- Provide the sequence for warehouse to collect the material.
3. Follow up material status
- Contact the supplier after we place an order. Make sure the supplier provide the leadtime for every material.
4. Manage warehouse manpower
- Make sure warehouse members are doing their job with high efficiency.
5. Admin
- Check the Invoice or DO and key in the DO or Invoice number in the system.
- Ensure the quantity in the Invoice and DO are same as our demand
