Working time: 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm (Can Choose Shift)
Work Location : Tampines (Near IKEA)
Work Day : Wednesday - Sunday ( Work from Home on Saturday & Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
- Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
Requirements:
- SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
