Material Planner (No Experience Needed / Training Provided))

Job Description & Requirements

• Salary up to $3300 (Depends on experience)

• Working time: Monday - Friday 830am - 6pm

• Work Location : Kallang

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage weekly/daily production schedules based on demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Use ERP systems to track production and inventory data.
• Analyze plan vs. actual variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure production flow is not disrupted and optimize inventory levels.

Requirements:

• SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
