Material Planner

Responsibilities

. Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.

. Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.

. Determine availabilities requirement and adjust/re-adjust in accordance to Sales Work Order changes - pull-in, push-out and cancellation.

. Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing lead time as per capacity(MPS) and stating the necessary requirements needed - TCN / ECN implementation.

. Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status, Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule.

. Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.

. Support Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters.

. Analyse and review inventory levels to identify and address potential bottle necks, shortages, and excess inventory.

. Monitor and report key performance indicators

Requirements

. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent discipline

. Certification in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is an added advantage.
