- Perform inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, sort, label, and store incoming goods accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to work instructions.
- Load and unload goods using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Handle and move cartons or materials, which may weigh up to 15–20 kg, as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Conduct stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
- Perform visual inspection of goods and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Update inventory transactions using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS), where applicable.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock handling.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and warehouse operating processes.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards (5S) within the warehouse.
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory operations is preferred.
- Able to perform manual handling tasks in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- A valid Singapore Forklift Licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work at different warehouse locations across Singapore based on operational needs.
