We are seeking qualified Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tasks related to receiving, warehouse, packing, storing and distribution of materials to internal and external stakeholders. This role involves working collaboratively within Logistics, Production and with external vendors/customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inventory transactions using RFID and ensure all inventory transactions are updated within timeline and stock accuracy of 100%.
- Performs physical tasks involved in the receiving, warehouse, packing, storing, and distributing of raw materials to production / Customers.
- Perform warehouse administration.
- Ensure cleanliness / 6S in the warehouse area.
- Ensures that all parts inbound to locations requires inspection of same part number and physical item are put away to location with all proper documentation before releasing to production floor or putting into stock locations.
- Monitor and improve daily operations process.
- Organize paperwork for efficient and accurate tracking.
- Assists in weekly cycle count and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Rotating shifts depending on demand volume.
- Generation of monthly reports and KPIs.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Typically at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates with related qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain will be considered.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to work independently & in a team where required
- Enthusiastic, Motivated and possess Can-Do attitude
