Material Handler Lead

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

. Process orders for outbound shipment

. Monitor and communicate with vendors/ suppliers via email

. Arrange Shipping via email or online booking

. Perform daily resource planning, permit declarations, prepare reports to management and customer.

. Assist in Inbound & inventory functions, coordination and fulfill requests from customers.

. Handle projects such as Kaizen, Lean, Improvement and other adhoc projects

Requirement:

. This position requires minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry.

. Independent and able to work in fast-paced environment

. Handle online booking of shipments

. Able to multi-task and take on additional tasks when required.

Education:

Minimum O levels or Diploma in Logistics.

Skills:

. Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas - distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management.

. Hands-on Knowledge in handling MHE such as reach truck, order picker

. Good Knowledge in TradeNet Permit declarations, SAP Systems and B2B IT Infrastructure is a plus

. Forklift License, Work at Height License will be required for the role. Company will provide for training for those who does not possess the licences.

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 6pm
