Matcha Barista / Service Crew (6 days / week)

Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers enquiries

Explaining the concept to guests, and educating / having conversations with them on the tea menu and related topics

Preparation and serving of food and drinks

Setting up and clearing down of operations

Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables

Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly

Reporting to outlet manager
